  • Short-sleeve tee is preshrunk and resists shrinking and fading.
Gildan 6.1oz Long Sleeve:
  • 100% preshrunk cotton.
  • The long sleeve Gildan has double-needle stitching throughout, they are taped shoulder-to-shoulder and have ribbed cuffs.
Gildan 8oz. Heavy Blend Hoodie:
  • Preshrunk fleece knit. 50% cotton and 50% polyester.
  • The hoodie includes a double-lined hood with color-matched drawcord, satin label, double-needle stitching at waistband and cuffs, and a pouch pocket.
Shipping

We process orders between Monday and Friday. Orders will be processed within 2 business days of ordering and shipped the next day after the processing day. Please note that we don't ship on weekends.

For United Kingdom, United States, Canada, Australia: You can expect your package to arrive within 7-14 working days.

For other countries: 15-30 working days.

Your local customs office may require additional documents and time to clear your package which can prolong the estimated delivery time.

Your order can be delivered by either the local post office or a local courier depending on your area. Normally, most orders will be delivered by the local post service so the package will arrive with your regular mail. If you are not at home when delivery is made, a notice card may be left by the postal service to inform you about how and where your delivery can be collected.

Please fill in your address in details completely, otherwise the package we mail to you will be returned to us, or we will have to disregard your request to save everyone the trouble.

Returns & Refund

At Deal 3S we strive to make our customers 100% satisfied with the product they purchased. If you are experiencing any kind of shipping or products issue, then please send us an email and our support team will assist you right away.

------------------ RETURN POLICY  ------------------

  • 1) You are not happy with your order

  • If you are not happy with your purchase and the item arrives in like-new condition with no visible wear and tear, you can send it back to us within 30 days for a refund.

    However, please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. Buyer will be the one responsible for paying for the shipping costs for the returning item if it is not covered by our warranty against manufacturer defects and the exchange is not due to our error.

    2) Item is damaged or of low quality

    If the product is defective or does not work as intended, please kindly let us know. For the fastest resolution, please contact us via support@deal3s.com and include a photograph demonstrating the poor quality or the damaged area of the item. Ideally, the pictures should be on a flat surface, with the tag and error clearly displayed.

    We’ll send you replacements as soon as we have confirmed the situation. There would be no need for you to return the defective ones. We will use this information to help you with your order and to prevent repeated errors in the future.

    ------------------CANCELLATION  ------------------

    1) Canceling unshipped-out orders

    If you want to cancel your order which has not been shipped out yet, kindly contact us via support@deal3s.com. For the fastest resolution, please include your order number. Thanks!

    2) Canceling shipped-out order

    If you want to cancel your order when your parcel has already been shipped out or is on its way to its destination, please contact us and then refuse to accept the parcel since we will not be able to call it back at that time. We will refund your payment after deducting shipping costs. Refund will be issued as soon as the parcel begins to return.

    ------------------WARRANTY  ------------------

    This warranty only covers manufacturing defects and does NOT cover:

    • Damages caused by accident

    • Improper care

    • Normal wear and tear

    • Break down of colors and materials due to light exposure

    • Post-purchase modifications

    Please Note: No returns/exchanges request for products with water exposure will be accepted.

    ------------------REFUND POLICY  ------------------

    If you feel that the product you’ve purchased does not meet the requirements you have in mind, then you do have the option to request a refund.
    Below are the conditions under which refund will be granted.

    YOU CAN GET A FULL REFUND IF:
    • If the product you purchased is completely non-functional.

    • If you did not receive your product within 90 business days (South America) after the date you placed your order.

    Please Note: The refund will go back to your account in 3-5 business days.

    SHIPPING COSTS

    You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning item since shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

    If you are shipping an item over $100, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Thank you!
